Endocannabinoid (ECS) are homeostasis born in humans and mammals. ECS functions normally by binding endocannabinoid to the cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2 that exist everywhere in the body.

Effects of ECS on the body

ECS acts on homeostasis as follows:

  • Appetite
  • Sleep
  • Exercise
  • Blood flow
  • Blood pressure
  • Spirit
  • Pain
  • Skin troubles

Homeostasis is the way the body responds to life apart from thoughts, just as a person becomes sleepy when tired, hungry when lacking energy, and heart rate when exercising.

So the ECS, which is one of the functions that govern homeostasis, affects all of a person’s functions in addition to those listed above.

When the ECS is functioning properly, a person is often able to stay healthy. However, when the ECS is out of balance, it can lead to a variety of problems and diseases…

What causes the ECS to be disrupted?

ECS is caused by a decrease or deficiency of endogenous cannabinoids in the body, resulting in an imbalance. This is called “cannabinoid deficiency” and is caused by excessive stress, fatigue and aging. Major symptoms of cannabinoid deficiency include insomnia and sleep disturbances, disturbances in the independent nervous system and weakening of the immune system, irritability, mental illness and chronic pain. In addition, as we mentioned above, symptoms also vary from person to person because of the direct impact on homeostasis.

How to balance the ECS?

ECS disruptions caused by cannabinoid deficiency require supplementation with endogenous cannabinoids. This is where hemp cannabinoids, including CBD, came into focus. The phytocannabinoids that interrelate with the cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2 are said to be the easiest ingredient to support the improvement of cannabinoid deficiency.

Supplementing your body with cannabinoids, both inside and outside of the body, using CBD products may help to improve your problems.
