Each CBD product has different characteristics, concentrations, and potencies, so it is important to know how to read the label. Here is a 3-step guide on how to read the label and what to look out for.
Contents
STEP 1: Check the CBD content and concentration.
The ingredient label will list the CBD content. The CBD concentration of a product can be found by dividing the “CBD content (mg) / total product (ml)”.
For example, if 900mg of CBD is contained in a 30ml bottle, then
900 / 30 = 30mg/ml

Different products contain different amounts of CBD. If you only look at the amount of CBD contained in the product, you should be careful because the concentration of CBD itself could be low if the product has a large volume.
STEP 2: Check the manufacturing method
The ingredients and effects of CBD vary depending on the manufacturing method.
There are three main methods of production.
● Full Spectrum Method
…All the ingredients of hemp, including THC, are included in the product. A variety of cannabinoids and terpene nutrients cause an anthracene effect, and the CBD itself is highly effective.
The full-spectrum method is the most effective, but it cannot be used in countries or regions where THC is banned.
● Broad Spectrum Method
…Contains all the ingredients of hemp except THC. A variety of cannabinoids and terpene nutrients cause an anthracene effect, which is the next best thing to the full-spectrum method.
The THC is difficult to remove completely, so it may be present in small amounts.
● Isolate method
…A simple process with 99% CBD purity. The anthrax effect cannot be expected, but THC and other impurities are completely removed.
Isolate is recommended for athletes who are subject to doping tests.
STEP 3: Check the claimed ingredients
In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of CBD products that contain a variety of appealing ingredients to differentiate and characterize the product.
There are also CBD products that specialize in RAW CBD and other cannabinoids, allowing you to choose a product that is more effective for your specific needs.

Basically, the ingredients and features of a product are listed in the product name without looking at the ingredients list, but it is best to check the label to see if the product is “organic” or “vegan.
