CBD analgesic action is said to work effectively against certain levels of headache.
*Please note that this is not a treatment method caused by brain diseases or diseases.

First of all, let’s look at the types and characteristics of headaches.

  Tension Headache Migraines Cluster Headache
Painful place Both sides of the temples Only one side of the head and temples Behind the eyes (one side)
Types of pain Squeezed Skirting, skirting, thumping and pulsing Stabbing pain with a sharp object
The degree of pain Light to Moderate Moderate to Severe Severe
Symptoms other than headaches Stiff shoulders, dizziness Vomiting, becoming sensitive to light and sound Bloodshot eyes, runny nose
Pain Cycle Several times a week to every day About 1-3 times per month Weeks to months
Other – Pain increases with movement Can’t lie still in pain

In fact, the detailed causes of the three types of headaches mentioned in the above table are still unknown. However, it is known that the nervous system is a major factor, and CBD is said to be effective in helping to regulate the autonomic nervous system and maintain balance in the body.

An effective way to take it is as follows.

□When you feel a sudden pain => Use CBD Tincture or Vape.
…Efficient use of fast-acting and highly absorbable products will lead to pain relief.

□If the pain is severe => Take CBD in combination with chemical painkillers.
…If you really can’t get rid of the pain with CBD, try using it with chemicals.
Many painkillers have side effects and are highly addictive, but taking them together with CBD can alleviate such concerns.
In case the pain doesn’t go away with CBD, try using it in combination with chemical drugs.
Many painkillers have high side effects and dependence, but taking them together with CBD can alleviate those concerns.

□ If you are prone to headaches on a regular basis => Consistently take CBD in your CBD meals and drinks.
Take CBD with food or edible CBD with food for a long and relaxing effect. The deficient cannabinoids in the body are not temporary.
Continuous supplementation will help prevent headaches.

□ For headaches at the office or on the road => CBD roll-on or cream is also recommended.
Compact, external CBD can be distributed to the temples and neck to help alleviate localized tension and stiffness, and it is also recommended to carry a roll-on of CBD or a small batch of CBD-containing cream.
